He is survived by: his mother Mary Day of Clarksville; his siblings, Connie Dick Stein of Clarksville and Don Dick (Crystal) of Clarksville; his aunt Winnie Allen of Clarksville; and his nephews, Anthony Morris of Clarksville and Derek Dick (Laci) of Jeffersonvillle. He is also survived by five great-nephews and nieces.
