He was predeceased by: his wife Sherry Jenks Lewis; his parents, Norman E. Lewis and Opal Gayheart Lewis; and his grandmother Nellie H. Lewis. He is survived by: his son Richard Lewis (Rowdy); his daughter-in-law Barbara; his son Norman Lewis; his granddaughter Holly Lewis; and his girlfriend Alice.
