Richard Cheever Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Cheever of Clarksville, Indiana, born in Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on June 26, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oraydus Cheever and Lillian Margaret Cheever (Akins); and his wife Jean Cheever. He is survived by: his children, Kara Southers (Joshua) of Charlestown, IN, Kelli Cheever of Terre Haute, IN and Dr. Todd Cheever (Billy) of Bowling Green, KY; his grandson Chris Chesnut (Kim); and his siblings, Cathy Lada (Bob) of Fort Myers, FL and Kent Cheever (Elaine) of Columbus, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; as well as other relatives and friends.
