He is survived by: his son Chad Allen (Kim) of Georgetown, IN; his sister Debbie Franklin of New Washington; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Trent, Amanda, Sydney, Liberty and Kevyn. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

My husband Gary and Quentin were members there for many years, we attended the annual club dinner with Quentin and Ruth, and annually, Gary and Quentin attended competitions at Camp Perry in Port Clinton, OH for many years.
