He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Raisor and Lizzie Mae Poole Raisor; his wife Dorothy Dixon; his sons, David Dixon and Kenny Dixon; and his sister Sheila Mae Bartle.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Raisor, Kelly Greer, Tammy Arbuckle, Theresa Popp, Tom Mingle and Charles Dixon; his grandchildren, Jonathan Dixon, Joshua Dixon, Jesse Dixon, Alex Arbuckle, Andrew Arbuckle, Whitney Raisor, Lindsey Dixon, Blake Dixon, Bradley Dixon, Bethany Dixon, Brianna French, Phillip Raisor III, Jesse James Raisor and Xander Raisor; and his siblings, Ruben Raisor, Gary Raisor, Dean Raisor, Chuck Raisor and Sharon Ann Raisor. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Clarksville Community Center (2311 Sam Guin Drive, Clarksville, IN 47129). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
