He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Campbell and Loretta Campbell (Hanka); and his siblings, Robert Campbell, Shirley and Donna Campbell.
He is survived by: his sons, Neal Campbell, David Campbell (Lisa Lutgring) and Keith Campbell; his siblings, Eddie Joe Campbell and Mary Senn; and the mother of his children Deloris Jean Campbell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
