She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sherrod and Beatrice Sherrod; her husband Donald Eugene Thompson Sr.; and her brother Thomas "Tommy" McBride. She is survived by: her children, Donald "Donnie" Thompson, Debbie Bell (Les) and Sherry Olges; her brother Mike McBride (Karen); her grandchildren, Tabitha Valdez (Andrew), Tiffany Richardson (Dave), Joshua Thompson (Melanie), Brian Bell (Trisha) and Darci Drury; and her great grandchildren, Gavin, Gabi, Chris, Cameron, Connor, Abby, Brenden, Emily, Sami, Tenley, Sloane, Reed, Cece and Pablo.
