She is survived by: her children, Tami Skaggs (Deana) and Kelly Neal (Eric); her grandchildren, Hayden Neal, Shelby Neal, Dylan Skaggs, Jagger Skaggs and Brandon Skaggs (Dana); her great grandchild Harlem Haines; her siblings, Alicia Daniel (Pat), Elizabeth Carter Heavrin (Tony) and Bernard Carter Jr. (Janet); her pet Leo; and her daughter Kerri. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and her only great granddaughter.
