She is survived by: her children, Jerry George (Tammy) of Leadville, CO, Lisa Hunter (Matt) of New Albany, IN, Susan Cooper (Joe) of Clarksville, IN and Chrissy McKinley (Troy) of New Albany, IN; her stepchildren, Pam Pulley Case (Bob) of Denver, CO and Mark Pulley (Michelle) of Kennesaw, GA.; her grandchildren, Brittany Lewis, Clayton George, Cory Cooper of Eve Cooper, A. J, Tori Hunter, Zane Hunter, Hunter Evans, Hailey Evans, Alyssa Evans, Olivia McKinley, Lydia McKinley and George McKinley; her great grandchildren, Sutton, Harper, Kai, Ronan, Lennox, Gray, Marceline, Amelia, Adeline and Hazel; and her brother Lawrence Hess Jr. of Vincennes.
