He was predeceased by: his daughter Brenda Lindaweaver; and his granddaughter Priscilla Poindexter. He is survived by: his daughters, Dianna L. Cornelius and Linda S. Butts; his grandchildren, Jessica Poindexter, Stacey Boatwright and Christopher "Chris" Carpenter (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Brandon, Christina, Kris, Kelsey, Josh, Justin, Taya, Larissa, Candace McCoy (Darris), Amber, Jordan Gladin (Nathan) and Tobin; and his great great grandchildren, Easton, Emma, Makenna, Alec, Ares, Atticus and Amaia.
