He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Balmer and Eva Keebler Balmer. He is survived by: his wife Sue Wolpert Balmer; his children, Andrea Amy of Clarksville, Patty Good (Steve) of Lexington, KY., Tim Balmer of Jeffersonville and Kathy Quebbeman (Steve) of Corydon; and his grandchildren, Tara, Brandon, Beth, Kari, Kimi and Kellie. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
