She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer C. Gibbs and Cynthia Marie Wright Gibbs; and her brothers, Kenny Gibbs and Elmer C. Gibbs Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Gibbs of New Albany and James Gibbs; her siblings, Patricia Armstrong (Mike) of Laconia, IN., David Carter of Clarksville and Johnny Gibbs; and her close friend Aaron Jones. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
