He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Buckles and Lucy Buckles (Hutchins); his son Daniel Howard Buckles; and his son-in-law Gary D. Stone. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Buckles (Bashlor); his children, David Buckles (Linda) of Wichita Falls, John M. Buckles of Sierra Vista, Paul A. Buckles (Debbie) of Hereford, Ronald D. Buckles of Sierra Vista, Stephen Buckles (Hope) of Tucson, Rebecca Stone of Clarksville and Ruth Zapp (Mark) of Greenville; and his sisters, Alice Buckles of Meadville, Clara Ann Holland of Meadville and Judy Carter of Bude Mississippi. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
