She is survived by: her husband Jerome Oliver; her siblings, William Keith Rowe Sr. (Thelma), Anita Rowe, Erik Rowe and Ronald Row (Starla); and her nieces and nephews, Keith Rowe Jr. and Jesse J. Rowe (Renena). She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.
