He is survived by: his wife Debra Dyke Jenkins; and his sons, Phillip Jenkins of Louisville, Mark Jenkins of Leitchfield, KY. and Larry Wayne Jenkins Jr. of Louisville. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
