He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Ann Dallas Cunningham; and his parents, Harry Cunningham and Vivian Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Cunliffe (Billy) of Sellersburg, Jennifer Cunningham of Sellersburg and Mike Marn of Clarksville; his brothers, Harry Cunningham (Tina) of Pennsylvania and Steve Cunnigham (Carla) of DuBois; and his grandchildren, Evan Cunliffe of Jeffersonville and Lauren Cunliffe of Sellersburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic all funeral services will be private for the consideration of the family.
