He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen Jr. and Betty Jean Bloat (Ayers); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his partner Pat; his children, Ginger Bloat and Eric Bloat (Jaime); his grandchildren, Chaz and Kristen Bloat; his sister Sharon; his niece Lori Blanton (Joey); his sons, Joshua (Caitlin), Micah and Joel; the mother of his children Carol Bloat; and also Addyson Blanton.
