With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Keith Jackson Phillips of Clarksville, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on August 3, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Phillips and Luella Phillips (Baker). He is survived by: his children, Linley Walls and Geoffrey Phillips; his siblings, Linnette Richardson (David) and Bruce Phillips (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Grace and Christian Walls; his nieces, Amy Goodwin (Chris), Robin Jones (Steven) and Jonica Caldwell (Brad); his nephew Ross Phillips (Laura); and the mother of his children Cynthia Phillips.
