He is survived by: his daughter Katherine Mayfield; his grandchildren, Carrie Short and Mitchell Short; his great grandchildren, Jacob Short, Kendall Short, Paxton McIntyre, William Paiz, Jeremiah Paiz and Kaitlyn Paiz; and his pet Ernest P. Worrell.
