He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Wyzard (Trent) and Angela Tate (Kurt); his grandchildren, Tyler Miller (Madeline), Alanna Miller, Shelbi Fisher (Jonah), Nicholas Williams and Christian Tate; and his sister-in-law Judy Burkhardt. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, and nephews.
