He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Baxter (Lac) of Fon, Jim Baxter of Williams, Janice Williams of Williams and April Simmerman of Bedford; his wife Lois Kay Baxter of Clarksville; and his children, William Baxter of Bedford, Jeffrey Baxter of Clarksville, Robin Baxter of Bedford, Sherill Dulaney of Clarksville and Heather Abbott of Clarksville. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
