He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Watson and Daisy Montgomery Watson; his wife Alyce Irene Saulman Watson; his grandson Kyle Lutes; and his siblings, Jess, Frank, Monty, Jerry Watson, Roma Lopp, Corinne Saulman and Micky Wyckman.
He is survived by: his children, Guy Michael Watson (Tina) of Estill Springs, Tennessee, Denise K. Hannigan (Jim) of Charlestown and Shelly J. Lutes (Bill) of Terre Haute, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jim Hannigan II (Tiffany), Aimee Hannigan (Michael Moore), Stephanie Myers (Kendall), Alexandria Page Watson (Will Cox) and Cody Lutes (Sheena Houser); and his great grandchildren, Sydney Hannigan of James Hannigan, III, Avery Hannigan, Henry Hannigan, Sovay Popp, Gabriel Popp and Emerson Grace Myers.
