He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elmer Daily and Alice Daily (McCoskey); and his siblings, Leroy Daily, Charles Daily and Wynettia Scott.

He is survived by: his children, Mack Daily and Teresa Daily; and his sister Wilma Seabolt (Lester).
