He is survived by: his wife Diamond Martin Bartlett; his parents, George Gregory and Mary Ann Bartlett of Owensboro, KY.; his sons, Brandon Lee Bartlett (Felicia) of Calhoun and Joshua Ivo Bartlett of Calhoun, KY.; and his stepchildren, Alexandria Lee Ziemer of Louisville and Dylan Carl Ziemer of Central.
