He is survived by: his mother Jessie Eldridge Spontac; his daughter Sheila Hampton; his grandchildren, Dylon Hampton, April Hampton and Samantha Anderson; his great grandchild Ryder Hampton; and his siblings, Pat Morrison, Carol Synder, Kurt Samples (Annette) and Jack Samples (Francie). He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
