He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Royalty; his children, Frank "Buddy" Royalty III (Emily), Amanda Lienhart (Brad) and Corie Sutton (Brandon); his grandchildren, Eva "Sweet Pea" (Forrest), Jeremiah, Gracie, Emma, Lilly, Anna, Logan, Braydan, Grayson, Harrison and Ellie; his great grandchild Bennett; his siblings, Debbie Jackson, Tina Tate (Phillip) and Scott Royalty (Dreama); and his family Frank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
