He is survived by: his children, Matthew David Bartram (Michelle), Shelly Marshall (Steve), Megan Bartram and Kim Welch (Monte); his grandchildren, Hannah Bartram, Abigail Davie Marshall, Gabriel Marshall, Madeline Marshall, JT Welch (Peyton), Jared Welch (Hannah) and Jacob Welch; his great grandchild Tinley Welch; his pet Buddy Lee; his siblings, Philip Bartram (Stella) and Deborah Spitz (Alan); and his sister-in-law Kay Eves. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Legacy Funeral Center - Scott Chapel (921 Main St, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the Walnut Ridge Cemetery (2421 Hamburg Pike, Jeffersonville, IN 47130).
In lieu of flowers family ask that memorials take the form of donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
