He is survived by: his cousins, Linda Godsey of Jeffersonville, Kathie Miller of Jeffersonville, Loren Miller of New Albany, Pat Millhollan of Clarksville and Mike Millhollan of Radcliff, KY.; and his close friend Jim Proctor.
