He was predeceased by: his siblings, John William Stephens, Mary Jean Chandler, Clarence Stephens and Betty Jane Crain. He is survived by: his wife Mary Evelyn Stephens (Hensley); his children, Richard Stephens (Terri), Cynthia Bowling (Johnny) and Janice Carr (Bob); and his brother Franklin Stephens (Gladys). He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren.
