She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bobby Liter; her daughter Leaha Lynch (Dustin); her siblings, James Rumpel (Carol), Robert Rumpel, Karen Blocker (John), Terri McCurdy (Dale) and Lora Conrad (David); her parents-in-law, Ernie Liter (Angie), Sally Page and Sue Gilkey (Greg); her grandchildren, Maddie, Molly, Elijah and Isobel; her parents, Don Rumpel and Norma Rumpel; her grandparents, Evan and Hazel Bowyer; and her sister-in-law Bonny Rumpel. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and loving friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations in honor of Donna to Ohio Falls UMC.
