We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2021, at the age of 64, Debra Troutman of Clarksville, Indiana, born in New Albany, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Debra Troutman to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Joseph and Eddie Mae Denman Popp; and her husband Harold Douglas Troutman. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Randol (Nathan) of Taylorsville, KY.; her grandchildren, Nicole Randol of Louisville, Jaxten Randol and Lylah Randol of Taylorsville; and her brother Steve Popp (Theresa) of Borden. She is also survived by many cousins, family and close friends.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a memorial service is being planned for a later date and details will be announced when available.
