It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Alva Fisher (Clarksville, Indiana), born in New Albany, Indiana, who passed away on July 23, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Billy H. Fisher Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lu Fisher (Spitznagel); his daughters, Amy Brown (Jason), Jessica Wethington (Brian) and Erin Holdaway (Brian); his siblings, Becky Baldwin and Bob A. Fisher (Myra); his stepmother Teresa Fisher; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Hayley Wethington and Keegan Brown.
