We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2023, at the age of 66, Covie Samuel Wertie Spillman of Clarksville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Spillman and Barbara Spillman; his sons, Little Sammy and Joshua Spillman; his stepson William Cochran; and his sisters, Sharon, Patty and Jaine.

He is survived by: his wife Katie Spillman; his stepchildren, Shawn and Kimberly Cochran; his grandchildren, Karline, Shoshawna, Savannah, Anthony and Ki'mya; his brother Charles Spillman; and his brother-in-law Jerry Preston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
