She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Stewart and Cledie Stewart (Key); her husband James E. Barton; and her siblings, Robert Stewart, Isma Potter, Malcolm Stewart, Clifford Key, Barbara Browne, Maxine and Dean Stewart.
She is survived by: her sons, James B. Barton and Edward Barton; her grandsons, Randal, Christopher and Joshua Barton (Clarissa); and her siblings, Wilma Sikes, Maggie Stewart, Lloyd Stewart and Betty Eastridge. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
