It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Wathen Blacketer of Clarksville, Indiana, born in Mackville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Blacketer. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sims Blacketer; his daughter Deena Walts (Mick); his grandchildren, Ashley Sedam (Alex), Bret Walts (Callahan), Bryce Walts and Aubrey Walts; his great grandchildren, Xander Sedam and Carson Sedam; and his siblings, Paul Blacketer, Laverne Lee and Lavonne Kays. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Expressions of sympathy are suggested to the Parkinson's Foundation or Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
