She is survived by: her parents, Sherry Wells of Clarksville and Mark Wells (Brenda) of Clarksville; her children, Braxton Nicholas, Konnor Nicholas and Kinxton Wells; her brothers, Zach Wells of Jeffersonville and Jacob Wells of Clarksville; her grandfather Larry Wells of Clarksville; her aunts, Rita Davidson (Bill) of Floyd Knobs, Denise Smith of Clarksville and Lauri Northcutt of Clarksville; her uncle Tim Wells of Elizabeth, IN.; and her godparents, Jill and Clarence Tingle of Shelbyville.
