He is survived by: his wife Donna Scroggins McBay; his children, Kathy Gregory (Donnie) of Louisville, Kimberly Walker (Tony) of Bedford, KY., Linda Lewis of Louisville, David Waldron of Jeffersonville and Scott Lewis (Kim) of Georgetown, IN.; and his sisters, Shirley Heisler (Roger) of Louisville and Pam Wilson (Al) of Louisville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and trwo great- grandchildren.
