With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Eileen (Miller) Fisher (Clarksville, Indiana), born in Washington, Indiana, who passed away on July 28, 2019 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Miller and Mary Miller (Mattingly); and her husband Donald Fisher. She is survived by: her children, Anita Buckingham (Phillip), Cathy McAndrew (Mike), Doug Fisher (Jeanne) and Mike Fisher (Michelle). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; as well as many life-long friends.
