We are sad to announce that on November 5, 2023, at the age of 78, Addie R. Courtney of Clarksville, Indiana, born in Hyden, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard Collins and Rhoda Collins; and her siblings, Ada, Nancy, Dimple, Arson, Phyllis, Glenn, Dennis, Mack, Ernie and Caleb.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Lilly and Curtis Courtney (Olivia); her grandchildren, Bethany Lilly, Brandon Lilly, Bryan Lilly, Ashlynn Courtney and Naomi Thomas; her great grandchildren, Amaya, Elizabel, Damien, Phoebe, Haisli and River; and her brothers, Bill Collins and Butch Collins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
