Perkins of Clarks Hill, Indiana, born in Clinton, Indiana, who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Minor Smith and Alta Smith (Bowen); her sons, Darrell and Darrin Perkins; and her siblings, Jimmy Smith and Marjorie Hodgen.
She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Perkins; her daughters, Melody A. Murphy (David) of Lafayette and Leslie S. Waldridge (Kevin) of Clarks Hill; her grandchildren, Laura VanderHaeghen (Jacob), Cameron McIntyre, Josh Waldridge (Carin) and Drew Waldridge; her great grandchildren, Cecelia, Gustav, Joel and Xiomara; her sister Shirley R. Doke (Wayne); and her sister-in-law Shirley A. Smith of Clarks Hill.
