He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Loyd Draper and Helen Draper (Woods); his wife Angelina M. Draper of Clarks Hill; his stepchildren, Jamie Jackson of Clarks Hill and Ica Marie Ket of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Michael Draper (Amber) of Jackson, NC, Rosella Carter (Joseph) of Clarks Hill, Elana Stetler (Joe) of Lafayette, Kay and Ray Draper.
