It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Gallien of Clarks Hill, Indiana, born in Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olvilia "Pete" Gallien and Goldie Luse Gallien; his wife Cheryl Ann Taylor; and his sister Sharon Gallien. He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bobby" Gallien, Gary Gallien, Holly McNew of West Lafayette, Beth Crabtree (Allen) of Lafayette, Ben Green of Waveland, Melinda Van Pelt of Clarks Hill and Allen Van Pelt Jr. of Clarks Hill; and his sisters, Geneva Gallien of Lafayette and Judy Spence of Lafayette. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
