It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. Perkins of Clarks Hill, Indiana, born in Darlington, Indiana, who passed away on July 29, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Perkins and Malissa Perkins (Guinn); his wife Nancy C. Smith; and his sons, Darrell and Darrin Perkins.

He is survived by: his daughters, Melody A. Murphy (Dave) of Lafayette and Leslie S. Waldridge (Kevin) of Clarks Hill; his grandchildren, Laura VanderHaeghen (Jacob), Cameron McIntyre, Josh Waldridge (Carin) and Drew Waldridge (Carey); and his great grandchildren, Cecelia, Gustav, Joel and Xiomara.

Memorial contributions may be made to Clarks Hill Christian Church in Don's memory.
