She was predeceased by: her mother Godovska; her husband Ziggy Sliwa; her daughter Barbara Bednarz; and her daughter-in-law Sue Sliwa. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Walter Sliwa of Cicero, IN and Mickey Sliwa of Fishers, IN; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Sandi, Katie, Phillip, Jennifer, Carrie, Keith, Kevin and Kim. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
