We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2024, at the age of 67, Terry Jo Cook of Cicero, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cook and Elizabeth Cook (King); his brother Patrick Kevin Cook; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Roehrich and John Nolen.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cook; his daughters, Jennifer Egan (Steve) and Kelsey Cook (Justin); his sister Tracy Blakely; his brother-in-law Bud Blakley; his siblings, Eddie Cook (Mary), Colleen Roehrich, Mandy Nolen and Rob Cook (Amanda); his sister-in-law Jackie Cook; and his grandchildren, Hannah Egan, Ruby Egan, Kennidy Bever, Ella Carey and Thomas Carey. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
