She is survived by: her husband David Mayfield of Cicero, IN; her children, Christina Reichel (Charles) of Noblesville and David Mayfield (Marie) of Anderson, IN; her grandchildren, Mike Reichel (Jocelyn) of Danville, IN, Charlie Reichel (Kathleen) of Noblesville, IN and David Mayfield (Deanna) of Elwood, IN; her great grandchildren, Nolan, Logan, Emma, Carson, Roman, Stella, Atlas, Lacy and Mary; and her sisters, Philanna Polk of Kokomo, IN and Ruby Blake of Tipton, IN. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
