He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Riggs and Hazel Riggs; his wife Catherine M. Riggs (Gould); and his sister Mary Rebori. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Riggs and Steve Riggs (Karen); and his grandson James Riggs. He is also survived by other loving family members and close friends.
