He is survived by: his spouse Lulabelle Kincade (Grimes); his stepchildren, Lou Ann Fredrick, John Eric Kincade of Perkinsville, IN, David Michael Kincade (Teresa) of Tipton, IN. and Robert Andrew Kincade (Michelle) of Tipton, IN.; his sister Mary Lee Clark of Warren, IN; and his grandchildren, Amber, Brandon, Katie, Jessica, Maggie and Christopher.
