It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey Hayes (Cicero, Indiana), born in Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on October 17, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Hayes and Evelyn Daulton (Collier); and his brothers, Danny Joe Hayes and David Hayes. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda and Autumn; and his siblings, Gary Hayes (Betty), Theresa Cook, Sandy Sprankle and Sue Shetterly of Pendleton. He is also survived by several grandchildren and nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
