It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Ruth Chance of Cicero, Indiana, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Faulstich and Emma Faulstich (Johnson); her husband Donald Chance; her grandson William Chance; her daughter-in-law Celia "Kip" Chance; and her siblings, Eleanor, Dorothy (Biddy), Nyla, William and Eugene.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Chance of Avon, Indiana, Ronald Chance (Jane) of Cicero, Indiana, Donald Chance (Marsha) of Noblesville and Michael Chance of Noblesville; and her grandchildren, Bill Cook (Debbie), Greg Cook (Dawn), Shari Benge (Marvin), Jamie Byers (Ben), Jennifer Cole (Scot), Mathhew Hinshaw, Chad Chance, Brandon Chance, Bill McCormick (Jeanette) and Kelli Rice (Darren).
